Acceptable Use Policy

1. Lawful and Responsible Use

You may use SilkNexa only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm people, property, providers, other users or infrastructure. You are responsible for your applications, users, prompts, data and outputs.

2. Illegal, Fraudulent and Abusive Activity

You may not use the service to facilitate illegal activities, fraud, deception, theft, financial abuse, evasion of legal obligations or the sale of unlawful goods or services.

3. Security Abuse

You may not use SilkNexa to create, distribute or operate malware; conduct phishing or credential theft; gain unauthorized access; disrupt systems; exploit vulnerabilities without authorization; or assist attacks against accounts, networks, devices or services.

4. Harm, Harassment and Exploitation

You may not use the service for credible threats, targeted harassment, stalking, non-consensual exploitation, sexual abuse, trafficking or content that facilitates serious harm. Any use involving minors must comply with applicable law and must not exploit or endanger them.

5. Circumvention and Platform Abuse

You may not:

• attempt to bypass API restrictions, safeguards, rate limits, billing controls or access controls;
• use excessive automated traffic that degrades or threatens the service;
• probe or scrape the platform in a manner that creates security or reliability risk;
• hide the origin of abusive activity or evade enforcement; or
• interfere with monitoring, metering or usage records.

6. Accounts and Credentials

You may not resell, distribute or share compromised accounts or credentials. You may not obtain, test or use API keys without authorization. Keep your SilkNexa credentials secure and promptly revoke any key you believe has been exposed.

7. Third-Party Provider Policies

Your use must comply with applicable third-party model provider policies. Conduct permitted by one provider may be restricted by another. SilkNexa may apply provider-specific controls or deny a request where necessary to comply with those policies.

8. Enforcement

SilkNexa may investigate suspected misuse and may limit, suspend or terminate access where misuse threatens the service, providers, other users or infrastructure, or where action is required by law. We may preserve or disclose relevant information when legally required.

9. Reporting Misuse

Report suspected abuse or security issues to [email protected]. Include enough detail for us to investigate, but do not send passwords, active API keys or unnecessary sensitive information.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as risks, laws, provider rules and service capabilities evolve. The updated date will be shown above.
